Bark and Ambrosia Beetles of the World

This is probably a species of Corthylocurus.

This resembles and may be a species of Microcorthylus. Pronotum has lateral raised line which propbably led Wood to place it in Corthylus. I suspect that placment is wrong and that basis of separation between the 2 genera needs to be re-examined.
