Taxonomy Comments
Wood & Bright (1992: 793) list Xyleborus ramulorum Schedl (described from Zaire) as a synonym. All other localities are from Southeast Asia. Smith et al. (2020:35) do not list it and only mention Asian localities. Hosts listed by Wood & Bright (1992) are not included here because of uncertainty about to which names and synonyms they belong.
